As a graduate of Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (Music Theatre), Monique has enjoyed a diverse performing career.
During her time at WAAPA she played lead roles such as Helena in Shakespeare’s ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’ and Veronica in ‘Heathers the Musical’.
Highlights from her acting career include performing in Immersive Cinema’s interactive version of ‘Dirty Dancing’ and originating the role of Hen in The Anchor Theatre Company’s award winning two hander ‘Pillow Fight’ by Laura Lethlean. She has appeared in commercials for Toyota and Vick’s Vapor Drops as well as various short films such as Sorry For Your Loss by Stephen Di Gravio.
Recently Monique featured as the narrator and teacher roles in Monsteen, a work with and for teenagers as part of Rising Festival in collaboration with Infinity, Arts Centre Melbourne and Signal.
